Refund Policy

Returns and/or Refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by J&J Collectibles, within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The returned item must be unused, unworn and in exact 100% condition it was in when we packed it to ship.
  • All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee per item.
  • We do not accept returns based on "Change of Mind".



After receiving the returned item, J&J Collectibles will issue a refund per the terms below for the value of the item, minus a 35% restocking fee and shipping costs. J&J Collectibles, will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. In a case of a verified missing package on orders only placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. No refunds on international orders.


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, under garments and hair removal products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail it that along with your item back to us at the address we supply you by email.

You will then receive a E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanged item, minus a 35% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.


Please email us with your intention to make your return. We will email you the return address. Mail item(s) along with short note with correction to be made to the address provided in email.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
